Meet Chef Roper
With over a decade of experience in fine dining, Chef Sean Roper honed his craft in renowned restaurants, including Sophia’s in Columbia, MO, and The Julep Cup in Lexington, KY. His expertise spans classic French techniques, Asian fusion, and modern American cuisine. But his journey didn’t stop at fine dining—his passion for culinary evolution led him to study Cannabis Science Operations at St. Louis University, where he deepened his understanding of alternative consumption methods.
