With over a decade of experience in fine dining, Chef Roper honed his craft in renowned restaurants, including Sophia’s in Columbia, MO, and The Julep Cup in Lexington, KY. His expertise spans classic French techniques, Asian fusion, and modern American cuisine. But his journey didn’t stop at fine dining—his passion for culinary evolution led him to study Cannabis Science Operations at St. Louis University, where he deepened his understanding of alternative consumption methods.

Chef Roper expanded his knowledge through The Trichome Institute’s "Cooking with Cannabis" course, a program recognized by The American Culinary Federation. Armed with this expertise, he founded Magnum Opus Catering LLC, a concept designed to introduce cannabis enthusiasts and culinary adventurers to the world of infused gourmet dining in a responsible, measured, and delicious way.
